Terms of service
These terms apply each time you create an order on GhostFi, on this site or in the Telegram bot. By creating an order you accept them.

What GhostFi is
GhostFi is a crypto conversion service. You pick the coin and chain you send, the coin and chain you get, and the wallet that receives it. We give you a deposit address made for that one order. When your deposit arrives and confirms, the order is converted through exchange liquidity, and the payout is sent to the wallet you named.
GhostFi is not a mixer, not a bank, not a wallet and not an exchange account. We do not hold balances for you between orders. While an order runs, your funds pass through the one-time deposit address and an exchange, so GhostFi is not a non-custodial swap.
Who can use it
You can use GhostFi only if all of these are true:
- you are old enough to enter a contract where you live;
- using a crypto conversion service is legal where you live;
- you are not on a sanctions list, and you are not acting for anyone who is;
- the funds you send are yours, or you are allowed to move them, and they do not come from crime.
You are responsible for the taxes and reporting that apply to you.
Quotes, fees and floating rates
The quote follows live exchange prices and floats until your deposit converts. The amount you finally receive can differ from the first quote.
GhostFi charges a service fee: 0.6 percent when you convert between two different coins, and 0.4 percent when the same coin goes to a new wallet, for example SOL to SOL. On top of that, the network fee of the chain you get paid on is taken out. Sending a stablecoin from Tron, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Robinhood or Arc also carries a small fixed network fee, which repays the gas GhostFi spends moving your deposit. The quote shows both before you send anything, and the amount it shows already has them taken out.
If the price moves too far against your quote before your deposit converts, the order does not convert, and your deposit is sent back as described below.
Sending your deposit
Send only the coin, on the chain, that your order shows. Send it once, to the address on your order page, before the order expires.
- A coin or chain other than the one on your order may not be recoverable. If we can recover it, network and recovery costs are taken out of it.
- If less than the minimum shown on your order arrives, nothing is converted and the deposit is sent back, less the network fee.
- If nothing arrives before the order expires, the order closes and no conversion runs. Create a new order for a fresh address.
Deposits sent back
When an order cannot convert, the deposit goes back to the refund address you gave. If you did not give one, it goes back to the address you sent from, when we can confirm it. The network fee of sending it back is taken out of the amount sent back. If we cannot send it back on our own, the team is alerted and contacts you through the order or the support chat.
Once a payout has been sent to the wallet you named, it cannot be reversed. Check the receiving address before you create the order.
Holding or refusing an order
We can refuse an order, or stop one before it converts, when we have to by law, when an exchange or network we rely on refuses it, or when we reasonably think it breaks these terms. When we can, we send the deposit back. When the law requires us to hold it, we do.
Third parties and networks
Orders rely on blockchains, exchanges, and on some routes a cross-chain bridge service. They can be slow, congested, paused or wrong. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by them, by a chain fork or reorganisation, or by a wallet you control.
No warranty
GhostFi is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise it will always be online, that every pair will stay open, or that a given rate will be available. Nothing on GhostFi is financial, legal or tax advice.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the service fee you paid on that order. We are not liable for lost earnings, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Referrals and points
The referral programme and points follow the rules shown on their own pages at the time. Points are not live yet, are not a token, and have no price. We can change or end either programme, and we can cancel rewards earned through abuse, such as self-referral.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. An order you have already created runs under the terms in force when you created it.
